Shipping policy

Orders typically ship within 2-3 Business Days (except pre-order or drop ship items); however, during high volume periods, it could take up to 6 business days to ship. Any implied transit times are based on when your order ships.

All PO BOX addresses will ship USPS Priority Mail. We will send you an email when your order has been shipped along with a tracking number. With the current ongoing delays with USPS, it can take up to 14 business days for it to reach its destination. Lost package claims cannot be submitted until the package is 30 days old from ship date.

International customers, please remember your shipping charges do not include any duties, taxes, brokerage, or import fees.

Please note: Any order placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a National Holiday will be processed the next business day. 

Shipping to parcel/freight forwarding services are prohibited. Choosing to ship to a third-party or freight forwarding service, makes that package ineligible for claims against missing items or damage during shipping.

Any shipping discrepancies must be communicated within 10 days after your package is received. Any claims after 10 days will be denied.
