Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Include all original tags
- Be in original packaging
- Be accompanied by your email order confirmation or packing list
Returns that do not include proof of purchase will not be processed.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except for defective or warranty items).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Return Timeframe
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and shipped within 5 business days
- Returns outside of this timeframe will not be accepted (excluding warranty claims)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

- Personal care or first aid items
- Sale items
- Drop-ship items
- Gift cards
Refunds
- Approved refunds apply to the product cost only
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
